Dates & Deadlines:
Applications Open
May 15th at 12:00 a.m. CST through June 30th at 11:59 p.m. CST
Impact 2 Program Dates
September 30th through January 31st (excluding the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s)
Notification + Interviews
All applicants will be notified about the status of their application on July 10th and 11th. Finalist interviews will take place between July 24th and July 28th.
Guidelines & Considerations:
- Must be a for-profit company, but hybrid models are encouraged to apply.
- We do not accept companies that rely on a buy-one, give-one business model. We’re looking for businesses that inextricably link societal or environmental solutions with financial outcomes.
- Admission into the program requires founders to be in Chicago full-time for the duration of the program.
- Companies based outside of the United States are eligible, but we do not officially sponsor out-of-country entrepreneurs.

Application Details:
- Be prepared to answer questions about your business plan, including your company’s revenue potential, impact on society, current competition, strategy for reaching customers, and market demographics.
- Applications require the submission of a two-minute video that explains your idea and business model. Don’t worry about the quality; webcams work just fine.
