Impact Thesis

A platform to connect behavioral health providers to patients that eliminates barriers of geography by providing virtual telehealth services will:

Improve outcomes for patients with mental/behavioral health issues
Reduce the cost of care for patients with comorbidity (chronic disease + mental or behavioral health condition)
Decrease the negative effects of mental/behavioral health issues such as homelessness, violence

ARRAY BEHAVIORAL CARE IMPROVES ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIANS

In 2019, Regroup Telehealth and InSight Telepsychiatry merged to form Array Behavioral Care, the largest and most comprehensive telepsychiatry service in the US, focused on increasing provider shortage areas’ access to licensed behavioral health professionals.
Array's services are split across three main lines of business: OnDemand: as-needed psychiatric crisis services provided to health systems; Scheduled Care: clinic-based outpatient mental health services; and AtHome: a virtual outpatient clinic delivering services directly to individuals in their homes.
During 2021, 78% of Array's billable hours occurred in provider shortage areas.
