Because of budget constraints, jails and prisons have been unable to provide effective rehabilitative content to most of the 2.2 million people who are incarcerated.
Edovo provides secure tablets and devices that offer low-cost educational programming and communications services to inmates. More than 150,000 inmates have completed over 700,000 education, job training, and social/emotional courses.
Through its implementation across 40 states and 150 correctional agencies, Edovo’s impact is far-reaching: access to education and communications leads to 13-43% lower rates of recidivism.
