Fresh off this year's Midwest Impact Investing Showcase event yesterday, we're excited to share the publication of the Midwest Impact Investing Landscape Report (download PDF). We produced this report, authored by Cogent Consulting, with support from Builders Vision, The Chicago Community Trust, MacArthur Foundation, and the McKnight Foundation.
We have tracked abundant activity across all 12 Midwestern states. They may not call it “impact investing” but there are many funds based in the Midwest with an explicit focus on generating a positive, measurable social and/or environmental impact alongside a financial return.
